About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Responsible Owner & Program Manager (SRO/PM) either based in Austin, TX or Atlanta, GA  to lead a mission-critical enterprise program. This role will be responsible for ensuring that the program delivers its intended outcomes - on time, on budget, and in alignment with strategic goals.

As the SRO/PM, you’ll serve as the senior decision-maker, working across departments and with external collaborators to ensure end-to-end program success, governance, and operational alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion the program vision and ensure strategic alignment with organizational goals.

• Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of all phases of the program lifecycle.

• Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and resource allocation across all projects within the program.

• Establish governance frameworks, change control procedures, and quality standards.

• Coordinate interdependencies across projects and teams.

• Create and maintain stakeholder engagement plans and communication strategies.

• Monitor outputs and measure outcomes, ensuring clear and consistent reporting to leadership.

• Oversee risk and issue resolution by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

• 5-10+ years of experience in program/project management, ideally within SaaS, enterprise solutions, or tech-enabled industries.

• Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs through full lifecycle execution.

• Strong budgeting, planning, and risk management experience.

• Deep knowledge of program and project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, PMI, PRINCE2).

• Strategic mindset with strong execution skills.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.

• Demonstrated ability to stay focused and decisive in complex, fast-paced environments.
