We’re scaling rapidly across the globe and we’re looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media & Community Growth Manager to amplify our brand and bring our community to life online.
This role owns the strategy, execution, and growth of Buildxact’s organic social media and community engagement programs. You’ll tell stories that connect, spark conversation that builds trust, and scale our presence through creative content, authentic engagement, and smart use of AI.

Social Media Strategy & Execution
Manage Buildxact’s social media presence across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and Discord.
Own the organic social calendar, aligning content with campaigns, launches, and industry moments.
Create and repurpose content (static, video, story, live) that engages and grows audiences.
Test new strategies and trends to drive channel growth and engagement.
Manage organic boost budgets to maximize visibility.
Monitor sentiment, performance, and competitor activity using Meltwater, Power BI, and other tools.
Community Growth & Engagement
Manage and grow Buildxact’s Facebook and online builder communities with authentic engagement.
Participate in industry and partner groups to expand brand awareness.
Lead social live events, streams, and partner co-promotions.
Turn conversations into advocacy, building a movement, not just a following.
Content Innovation
Leverage AI tools for ideation, captions, and creative optimization.
Maintain scalable templates and playbooks to boost output and consistency.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align social storytelling with business goals.
4–6 years’ experience in social media marketing, community management, or digital content (B2B SaaS, tech, or construction a plus).
Proven success managing multi-channel strategies and growing engaged audiences.
Strong writing and short-form storytelling skills.
Hands-on experience with tools like Meltwater, Restream, Meta Business Suite, or Hootsuite.
Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to optimize performance.
Self-starter with creative curiosity, hustle, and a passion for community.
Experience using AI tools for content creation or workflow efficiency is a big plus.

Experience in construction, trades, or startups.
0–1 growth experience (building social programs from scratch).
