We’re looking for a commercially curious, relationship-driven Partner Manager to help grow and support our Enterprise & Industry Partner ecosystem across A/NZ.

This role is perfect for someone who loves building relationships, thrives in fast-moving environments, and wants exposure to channel partnerships, enterprise relationships, SaaS, events, co-marketing, pipeline generation, and commercial strategy - all inside a scaling construction tech company.

You won’t just be maintaining partnerships. You’ll help build programs, support go-to-market initiatives, coordinate partner engagement, and help unlock growth opportunities across both enterprise and industry channels.

You’ll work closely with our Director of Enterprise & Industry Partnerships and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, and Growth Operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

Partner Growth & Relationship Management

  • Support the day-to-day management and growth of Buildxact’s partner ecosystem across Australia and New Zealand
  • Build strong working relationships with industry, enterprise, ecosystem, and technology partners
  • Maintain regular communication with partners to drive engagement, referrals, adoption, and long-term success
  • Help identify and qualify new partnership opportunities alongside senior partnership leaders
  • Support partner-led pipeline and revenue generation initiatives

Partner Enablement & Onboarding

  • Assist with onboarding new partners and setting them up for success
  • Coordinate partner training, webinars, enablement sessions, and onboarding resources
  • Support partners and their customers through introductory meetings, product demos, and sales coordination activities
  • Ensure partners have a positive, professional, and responsive experience working with Buildxact

Campaigns, Events & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate co-marketing activities, webinars, events, and partner campaigns with Marketing and Sales teams
  • Help execute partnership plans across both enterprise and industry channels
  • Represent Buildxact professionally at partner meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations teams to support partner growth initiatives

Operations & Commercial Support

  • Track partner activity, referrals, pipeline, and engagement metrics using CRM and reporting tools
  • Maintain accurate documentation, onboarding processes, and partner records
  • Contribute ideas to improve partner experience, operational workflows, and engagement strategies
  • Support execution of broader partnership strategies developed by leadership

  • Webinars, events, and campaigns run smoothly and create commercial impact
  • Internal teams see Partnerships as collaborative, responsive, and easy to work with
  • CRM hygiene, reporting, and onboarding processes stay organized and scalable
  • You proactively identify opportunities instead of waiting to be told what to do

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years experience in partnerships, sales, customer success, account management, business development, or another customer-facing commercial role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • Commercial curiosity and an interest in partnerships, SaaS, and growth strategy
  • Comfortable working across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communicating with external stakeholders and presenting professionally
  • Positive attitude, ownership mentality, and willingness to learn
  • Experience in SaaS, construction, or technology is a bonus — but not required
  • Experience coordinating events, webinars, projects, or campaigns is highly valued
