What You’ll Do
  • Drive new revenue by converting trial users into paying subscribers.
  • Prospect, qualify, and build your own outbound pipeline of high-value opportunities.
  • Engage and convert inbound leads by quickly qualifying, demonstrating value, and closing with urgency to maximize trial-to-subscription conversion rates.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with consistency.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and provide reliable pipeline forecasts.
  • Apply value-selling methodology to uncover customer pain points and demonstrate ROI.
  • Represent Buildxact at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
  • Stay on top of construction tech trends and competitor offerings to sharpen your pitch.

What We’re Looking For
 
  • Proven inside sales success with a track record of hitting/exceeding quota.
  • SaaS sales experience required; construction industry experience is a plus.
  • Skilled at outbound prospecting and building pipeline independently.
  • Strong closer with excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Proficient in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce or similar).
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and eager to outperform.
